Angela Stent is Senior Adviser to the Center for Eurasian, Russian and East European Studies and Professor Emerita of Government at Georgetown University. An expert on US-Russia relations, she is a non-resident Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution. She served as National Intelligence Officer for Russia and Eurasia at the National Intelligence Council from 2004-2006, and served in the Office of Policy Planning at the U.S. Department of State from 1999-2001.
